We know our suppliers personally
Our suppliers are mostly small, family-run producers of traditional Italian foods and wines, each one deeply rooted in the rich history and culture of their region. Spread across Italy, they specialize in authentic, regional products - cheeses, prosciuttos, salamis, olive oils, pastas, wines, and more - crafted according to the unique climate and time-honored traditions of their area. They produce locally and sustainably, in limited quantities, without unnecessary chemicals, always respecting animals and the natural cycles of the land. These suppliers are not just producers - they are also breeders or growers who oversee the entire production process from start to finish. Cheese makers raise their own animals because the quality of grass grazing and animal welfare are key to the exceptional quality of their milk and cheeses. Winemakers harvest only from their own vineyards, ensuring every grape reflects the care and craftsmanship of their land. Olive oil producers press only the olives grown and hand-picked from their own groves, delivering the essence of their craft in every drop.

We thrive on sharing this wealth of information, experiences, and expertise with our customers, aiming to immerse them in the world of Italian gastronomy as passionately as we do.

Our "squadra" doesn’t just sell with gusto; we also create, because let’s be honest—nothing beats the freshness of food made from scratch. Our bakers, pastry chefs, pasta makers, pizzaioli, and chefs craft Italian classics, their modern interpretations, and regional specialties every day using only the freshest ingredients, all while learning from the finest masters in the field.
