Come learn how to bake like the Italians

During our courses at Konírna, we will show you how it's done.

Baking is our passion. We are constantly experimenting with Italian artisan flours and homemade sourdough, rediscovering original Italian recipes to make our baked goods even tastier, healthier, and more fragrant. And we love to share our skills and experience with everyone who, like us, goes crazy for the smell of freshly baked bread, pizza, or crostata. That's why you can look forward to another series of baking courses this year at Konírna in Smíchov, where our maestros will teach you how to bake like Italians.

All courses will take place from 4 p.m. at Konírna the italians, Strakonická 948/1, Prague 5-Smíchov.

The number of places is limited, so don't forget to reserve your place at the rolling pin in time here.

We look forward to seeing you!

4.11. Italian bread and homemade sourdough with Roman maestro Fabrizio - CANCELLED

In our first baking course this year, we will look over the shoulder of one of Rome's best bakers, Fabrizio Franco, who will reveal the secrets of making fragrant, fluffy, and crispy Italian bread. He will show you how to prepare your own sourdough, and together you will learn how to make several types of Italian pastries. The course includes a welcome drink and refreshments to give you the energy you need for baking. In addition to the pastries you bake yourself, you will take home recipes, bread dough, and your own sourdough—the basis for your future home baking.

5.12. Italian Christmas cookies

At the beginning of December, we will fill Konírna with the aroma of Italian Christmas cookies, and we will teach you how to bake several types. Refreshments will be provided, and Christmas panettone and fragrant mulled wine will create a festive atmosphere. Of course, you will take your homemade cookies home with you, along with the recipes.
