Every day in Smíchov, we bake bread and other Italian baked goods. We use high-quality, natural ingredients—Italian flour, mostly organic, our own sourdough starter, and natural, unrefined sea salt from Trapani. We prioritize slow, natural fermentation, which makes our bread not only delicious but also easier to digest.
We care deeply about ensuring that our baked goods and other foods you’ll find here are high-quality, healthy, and kind to the planet. We respect biodiversity and seasonality and strive to minimize waste. That’s why we bake in smaller batches—so that our shelves are empty by evening.
Still, we sometimes have a few pieces left over. And because we don’t want them to go to waste, we’ve partnered with the NESNĚZENO platform.
At our Smíchov bakery and our stores in Dejvice and Průhonice, you can pick up a package for 135 Kč, worth 300 Kč. Inside, you’ll find both savory and sweet baked goods that are still in great condition at the end of the day—and it would be a shame for them to end up as waste when they can make a great dinner, breakfast, or snack.
