In January, our team of chefs in Smíchov welcomed a new head chef, Tamara Zanellato.
Tamara Zanellato is a young, talented Turin native who has been involved in the world of gastronomy practically since birth. As a child, she helped out in her parents' Piedmontese restaurant, and from the age of seventeen, she honed her culinary skills alongside various Michelin-starred chefs. For the past few years, she has been cooking in Sardinia, a place she fell in love with and which has significantly influenced her Piedmontese style.
