Francesco Mansuelo grows wheat, corn, and hazelnuts on his 14 hectares under strict organic conditions. He grinds the wheat (mostly old, non-genetically modified varieties) himself in a small stone mill. He also grinds corn and supplies it in bags for making polenta. He sells hazelnuts roasted or coarsely ground in the form of granella (for decorating cakes or desserts), or finely ground in the form of flour. We recommend you try them!
