Limited edition Nonino grappa by Rony Plesl
A unique limited edition of 99 bottles of ÙE Acquavite d’Uva Gran Riserva Merlot in a designer carafe by Rony Plesl. This unique edition, created in collaboration with the renowned Nonino distillery from Friuli, designer Rony Plesl, and the Czech glassworks Rückl, is a testament to the masterful artistry of the best in their field.
Merlot grapes were selected for this limited edition and distilled using traditional methods in copper pot stills. After distillation, the spirit was aged for 14 years in barrel no. 808 from Jerez de la Frontera in Spain, where the finest Oloroso sherry was aged. This gives the distillate a beautiful golden color and an elegant aroma reminiscent of marzipan, vanilla, and candied fruit.
The original Czech crystal decanter was designed by Rony Plesl and manufactured by the Rückl glassworks. The decanter is hand-blown, cut, and painted with real gold. Its simple, elegant shape is complemented by a distinctive motif in the form of a cut eight-pointed star, which is a symbol of the spirit of light "Spirito di Luce", harmony, and the energy of the four elements. The gilded cap is engraved with a symbol that was used in the Middle Ages to mark alcohol and is also part of the Nonino distillery logo.
The carafe is designed so that after fulfilling its original purpose, it does not end up as useless waste, but can be further used, for example, as a water carafe or as an original, distinctive solitaire. The top quality of the original does not end with the last glass.
Siepi Super Tuscan from the new anniversary vintage

It is made from Merlot and Sangiovese grapes grown using modern, non-invasive methods with an emphasis on maintaining hydrogeological balance. The 2022 vintage is also the 30th anniversary of this iconic wine from the Mazzei family, one of the oldest winemaking families in Italy! The name Siepi refers to the estate of the same name surrounded by vineyards, which the family has owned since 1435.

Bettelmatt
Do you have a cheese lover at home? Then you can be sure that they will fall head over heels for Bettelmatt cheese. This handmade gem is made from unpasteurized milk from Gabriele Scilligo's own herd of 60 cows at the Alpe Regina mountain hut, over 2,000 meters above sea level. Production only takes place in the summer, when the cows graze on high mountain pastures and their milk is of the highest quality. And because the entire process is done traditionally by hand, Gabriele only manages to produce a few dozen molds each year, which practically disappear immediately among enthusiastic customers.
So, do you already know how you will delight your loved ones this year?
Buon Natale!
