Ghiandaia

A small farm in the south of the Langhe that manages nearly 14 hectares under the direction of Francesco Manuelo in a strictly biological regime. In Ghiandaia they grow their own grain and maize. Most of the grains are non-GMO and the fields are not treated with pesticides or herbicides in any way, only fertilized with cow manure. In addition to organic farming, they also boast a small mill where they grind their own wheat on stone. Part of their production is hazelnuts, which are typical of the area.
