A dinner prepared by Chef Heini Koch and the Andrian Winery
At the end of April, we’ll welcome a spring breeze from the Alpine hills near Merano to Prague. Along with a selection of superb, fresh wines, Chef Heini Koch will arrive from the renowned Hotel Kirchsteiger, nestled almost among the vineyards of Andrian—a winery with a history dating back to the Habsburg Monarchy.
Together with Heini, we’ve prepared a delicate, light, and fresh menu for you—a complete detox program in the Tyrolean style. You can look forward to a tasting of spring flavors and aromas that will energize you and, at least for a moment, transport you to the valley connecting Bolzano and Merano, where the Andrian vineyards are located. You can look forward to white asparagus from Terlano, which is unlike any other, as well as grayling caught in an Alpine stream.
