Cheeseclass: Enter the world of fine cheeses during a professional tasting course

Are you interested in how real artisan cheeses are made, how they differ from industrial cheeses, how to recognize them, and what real cheese actually tastes like? Then this course is just for you!

During a three-hour in-depth tasting led by Jiří Jelínek, author of Manifesto of Noble Cheese and founder of the italians wine food, you will have the opportunity to taste 17 different cheeses, learn how to taste them properly, assess their quality, and recognize the differences between handmade and industrial cheeses.
