We cordially invite you to three new cooking classes led by Venetian chef Daniela Doretto and Roman baker Fabrizio Franco. They will guide you step by step through the preparation of interesting regional specialties and fluffy Italian pastries.

Baking class with Fabrizio
ITALIAN BREAD AND ROMAN PIZZA
In this course, baker Fabrizio Franco will teach you how to prepare two types of Italian sourdough breads and Roman-style pizza using an original recipe, just as he bakes it in Rome. In addition to kneading the dough, you’ll also try out various creative combinations of ingredients to top your pizza.

FRESH PASTA
This class will be led by Daniela Doretto, an experienced chef from the Veneto region with decades of experience, who is also a lecturer for the Slow Food movement. During the class, you will learn how to prepare three types of fresh pasta according to traditional Venetian recipes.

These small, varied tapas are an integral part of the Venetian aperitivo and a great choice if you want to treat your guests to something other than open-faced sandwiches with potato salad. In this class with Daniela Doretto, you’ll learn how to make several types of cicchetti, from the simplest to sophisticated seasonal delicacies.
