Learn to Cook Like the Italians: Cooking Classes with a Slow Food Instructor

October 15 and 16: An Italian risotto class and an autumn vegetables class with Italian chef Daniela Doretto at the Italians stable in Smíchov

Fall is the perfect time to learn something new. How about trying out new recipes featuring fall vegetables or whipping up the creamiest risotto? In October, you’ll have the opportunity to do just that in two courses where you’ll not only learn something new but, most importantly, try everything out for yourself and taste the results. Both courses will be led by Daniela Doretto, an experienced chef from Friuli and a Slow Food instructor. With a playful and humorous approach, she’ll guide you through the world of Italian cuisine and share plenty of interesting tips and tricks from her own experience.
