The Pasini family winery on the shores of Lake Garda prides itself not only on ensuring that its wines are true works of art, but also on the environment that surrounds them. The modern winery, nestled among the vineyards, naturally blends tradition with a contemporary approach to winemaking. Using organic methods and respecting the local terroir, they work with local grape varieties such as Turbiana, Groppello, and Erbamat, allowing their character to shine through not only in still wines but also in elegant sparkling wines produced using the Metodo Classico method.
